First step is to cut all the components and glue them together. I used the shown right-angle base to support the walls. The base of the box is 4"x4". Prior, I glued plates of 3-3/4" long by 1/2" wide (Qty=2) on the base inside the box for front and back and 2-3/4" long by 1/2" wide (Qty=2) for the sides. The plates keep a 1/8" clearance all around for the walls bottom rest. These provided support for the edges of the walls, improve the gluing and straightened the box. The front and back walls are 3-7/8"x4" and the side walls are 3-7/8"x3-3/4".
